On July 10, 1995, with the support of the United Nations (UN), UNESCO, and the “International Olympic Committee Centenary Congress – Paris 1994”, the Constituent Assembly of the World Olymp’Arts Council was held at UNESCO’s headquarters in Paris. The founding president, Marc Verriere, along with 68 representatives from 65 countries and regions, jointly signed the Founding Charter。
1995年7月10日在联合国（UN）、联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）和巴黎1994-国际奥委会百年大会的支持下，OLYMP’ARTS宪章创立大会在联合国教科文组织巴黎总部召开。国际奥艺委员会创始主席马克·维埃尔（同时也是世界爱乐乐团创始人，世界声乐艺术发展委员会主席）和来自65个国家和地区的68位代表共同签署了《创始宪章》。
Founding Charter 创始宪章
The “Olympic Arts” were created to take up the artistic competitions that had been initiated in ancient Greece, in 566 BC. * The generic tittle became “Arts de l’Olympe / Olymp’Arts” in 2016, with the IOC agreement.
In the ancient Greek calendar, every four years, the third year after each sport olympiad, global art activities were organized and promoted at some sacred spot.
Artists all over the world, amateur and professional, are invited without any age or cultural restrictions.
All existing art disciplines will be covered.
The main goal of OLYMP’ARTS is to show the main role of art in building a better world. The purpose is to bring people from different cultural backgrounds together and surround the works that can reflect unique values, such as Universality, Aesthetics, Harmony and Non-violence, proving that art is the carrier of deep and persistent values.
In addition to its etymology, one of the goals of OLYMP’ARTS is to provide an opportunity for talented artists lacking the necessary means of spreading their message to become recognized global artists.
The OLYMP’ARTS trophy will be awarded to some of the best works after selection on the specified website (under development) according to the specified general competition rules.
Each Modern OLYMP’ARTS competition will assign a theme to all artists to facilitate their efforts to develop their inspiration and creativity to purely human and universal values.
The highest international decision-making bodies will guarantee the impartiality of their activities and will respect the stated purposes.

“Olympic Arts”是一项延续了古希腊在公元前566年创立的艺术赛事。
* 2016年，经国际奥委会同意，通用名称变为”Arts de l’Olympe / Olymp’Arts”。
依据古希腊历法，每四年，即每届体育奥林匹克运动会后的第三年，都会组织和推广一个全球性的艺术活动。
全世界的艺术家, 包括专业的和业余的，不受任何年龄或文化限制均可参加。
现有的所有艺术类别都将涉及。
“OLYMP’ARTS”旨在展现艺术在建设更美好世界中发挥的重要作用，它将不同文化背景的人们召集起来，创作能够反映其独特价值的艺术作品，独特价值主要体现在普遍性、美观性、艺术性、和谐性和反暴力五个方面。
从某种意义上说”OLYMP’ARTS”的影响力，能够为那些颇具才华而缺乏必要宣传手段的艺术家们提供一个展示的平台，让他们籍此成为世界公认的艺术家。
在通过指定网站按既定规则对所有作品进行评选后，”OLYMP’ARTS”的奖杯将授予最优秀获奖作品的创作者。
每届国际”OLYMP’ARTS”大会都将指定一个明确的创作主题，引导艺术家们向纯粹的人文价值和普遍价值努力，充分发挥其灵感和创造力。
一众最高国际决策机构将保证活动的公正性，并对确认的宗旨尊崇不悔。

The World Committee for Vocal Arts Development is an organization under the International Olympic Arts Committee. We aim to establish a global collaboration and resource-matching platform in the field of vocal arts，Dedicated to nurturing young musical talents in deepening their artistic creation, exploring innovative pathways that integrate vocal music with diverse industries, and promoting the inheritance, development, and international exchange of vocal arts worldwide.

OLYMP’ARTS 2027 正式落地中国。这将是一场连接全球艺术家、文化机构与公众的世界级艺术盛会。北京、成都、中国大湾区已进入最终候选名单。这不仅是城市的选择，更是文化使命与时代责任的承载。
In 2016, we modified the universal term representing our founding origins from “Olympic” to “OLYMP’ARTS”, echoing the shape of our logo that symbolizes Mount Olympus. In fact, this global arts revival event, the “arts olympiads”, established based on the ancient Greek calendar, has always belonged to our organization (registered in France’s National Institute of Industrial Property INPI in 1992 and updated in 2015), and is independent from the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The aims that we change our name is to clarify our relationship with the sports field and to avoid confusion over the terminology in the branding name. The IOC officially approved this change on February 12, 2016.
2016年，我们将代表创立起源的通用术语“Olympic”修改为“OLYMP’ARTS”，以呼应我们LOGO形状所象征的奥林匹斯山（Mount Olympus）。事实上，我们依据古希腊年历所创立的“arts olympiads”这一全球性的艺术复兴盛事，自始至终隶属于本组织（1992年注册于法国工业产权局INPI，2015年更新），并独立于国际奥委会（IOC）。这一更名旨在更清晰地区分我们与体育界的关系，避免通用名称中的术语使用混淆。国际奥委会（IOC）于2016年2月12日正式同意了这一变更。
